Default Thermostat

I need to replace my thermostat, but can be buggered paying $80AUS for a Honda one. Can anyone tell me the width of the CBR unit?

Ron Ayers has it for $28.40 or $35.86 AUD

I ordered mine from there myself.

Hi Rob. A thermostate here in he UK, by honda is £25.00 at david silver spares. Hope this helps.

Begins to open 80-84 C (176-183 F), fully open by 95 C (203 F), with a theromostat valve lift of 8.0 (0.32) minimum

From page 1-7 of the service manual.

After some l33t googleing it looks like a direct replacement is NAPA #535080

Dimensions:2.050" Flange Diameter

and in metric that would be....... roughly....

2.05000 inches = 52.07 millimeters
