yeah on paper the part numbers don't match and there's nothing new
about that for a lot of different compatible parts for various generations of 1000 F's

I'm pretty damned sure if I needed to pull the sump / oil pan off my
87 I could easily bolt it up to the 90 & 93 !!!!!

& besides there's always this option

I patched a hole in the oil pan of a car I had with it. I also fixed my son's shotgun with it.

Yesterday before working on the bikes, I pulled the door off my car and used some to fix the power seat button holder. I love the stuff.

Use carb cleaner to get a clean surface and put it on, drill and tap...walla!

There isn't any pressure behind it on the lower case, just need to make the seal.
