Default Speedometer Correction

Is there any way to correct the speedometer reading when going to a -1 front sproket or +2 rear sproket on a 1990 bike ?

There are just too many speed cameras in the area to have the sppedometer too far out.

The speedo will show 10% to much with -1F/+2R, which is very easy to remember and take into count when driving.
