Default Spark plugs

NGK DPR8EA-9 or DPR9EA-9?

I've just fitted new DPR9EA plugs and I noticed the old ones were DPR8EA. What difference will it make?

The NGK site selector tool recommended the DPR9EA.

DPR9 EA9 is correct. Only difference is in the heat range of the plug.

The 1996 models up used a slightly Hotter plug. Probably just to meet emissions if anything.
