ive used turtle wax car wax. it keeps the rain off the visor real good by beeding it off the side. especially at highway speeds when i turn my head to either side for two or three seconds it makes the rain beed off faster, kinda wipes it clean for min or two. i had some laying around and wanted to test it.

Fit a set of HID headlights to your bike - 3x more light and they draw less amps from the battery. You won't need more than that, believe me..... Fit 5000K bulbs and it'll look like a football stadium in front of you...........
Visor inserts/pinlock inserts are a great investment. I have an insert which is photochromic so can be used both day and night.

On the lighting thing - true quality auliliary HID units (not conversions) usually run in
the four to five hundred dollar range
for example
Usually you'd have to make custom brackets for where you want to hang them from
at the mirror mount points or out from under the center fairing crash bars etc.

The problem I have is during a hard, driving night rainstorm. Low beam works but really only allows me to be seen. Hi beam reflects off the raindrops
Research has proven Sprock's point. External aux lighting, though do-able, is a pricey proposition.
Going to go with the h-4 mod
Thanks to everyone
