Default Running on 2 cylinders

New to the group so Hi. I have a 1992 CBR1000FN of which I've owned since new. It's been sitting for around 1 year, got it started no problems with new fuel. But after initial running and ride it now only fires on 1 and 4. I have changed the coils, leads and plugs also done every test recommended in the workshop manual (without a peak voltage adapter) all values are within limits. 2 and 3 do have spark at the plugs but by my eye seem to be a little erratic. Which leads me to either the pulse generator of ignition module fault. Has anyone had similar problems???

Spray water on headers with squirt bottle with engine idling to confirm which pipes are not hot.
