I can't see anything wrong really - think it had just been far too long since it was removed. The swingarm is clearly not symmetrical but I'm guessing it's not by design for the rear sprocket etc

After uploading those I looked again at the swing arm, did some high tech analysis and I think maybe it has taken a hit... these 3 green lines are the same length. Guess it depends on whether or not those last parts of the arms should be parallel?

When you put the wheel in there with the spacers, there should be 1/4" of play or so - the bolt cinches everything together.

Now, I would check you have all the spacers - maybe someone accidentally put it back together with a spacer missing and bent it slightly?

Not sure of your year but they are mostly the same I think - you've got to get 4 and 5 on the right sides for the brakes to work.
