Its probably doable Sprock, its just in the time it was taking me to work out how to do it without taking the swingarm off ( just staring at it and not really knowing ), I decided I could've had it off anyway....lol. Worked out good anyway cause the rubber chain guide is worn and I will take the opportunity to replace it. I'm on the lookout for a new rear shock and will keep trawling around on here until I find one at a good price. Wilburs have one for her but at 600 dollars its out of the question atm.

Hear ya Bordo - many is a time I took the long way home before realizing a
more efficient method during reassembly

I'll keep an eye open for a shock for ya.
