Default problems , sudden death, sudden alive , makes me crazy

i have a problem i cant solve,
this bike has been driving fine for most of the time, i did made some improvements to make it even better, i coated the tank and a new inline filter, it has the sticky coils mod ,

but suddenly it has a problem,
it starts up perfect cold, it warms up and i hit the gas it runs strong and pure for short time, sometimes , most on freeway it begin to run on two or one cilinder, it is almost impossible to keep it runnning , sometimes it is possible to drive on two cilinder for a long time to get of the freeway , full throttle and it does not keep up with traffic, as soon as i stop it dies and wont start up. fuel is running as soon as i suck the vacuumline, never empty lines, its not a fuel problem. at first i was thinking it was a blocked filter , so i changed it and coated the tank. after sitting for about ten minutes or less it fires up and runs fine, for short time, it seems to happen most when riding hard and use WOT through the gears.
if it fails ,it does not make any pop or bang when trying to start, wait a few minutes and it fires up like new, wiggling the kill swich and the key does not change anything.

next thing i will do is get it in the problem zone and use a strobe to see if there is signal. problem is this bike does this fault always far from home

Did your vent for the fuel tank get plugged?

My money is on the Pulse Generator:

They fail eventually, and they're only 60 euro, so it's worth a try. If it was an earthing problem, you'd loose all four cylinders together.

It's unlikely to be fuel related as you start with four and then drop two. That can't be fuelling.

Don't drive with cylinders not firing. You wash the bores with fuel and the piston rings will wear, eventually you loose compression. I know this from bitter experience (not on a CBR, though).

Good luck,

Dennis

clogged vent, Top, i can check that quick, without driving, suck the vacuum and the fuel must keep on running in a bucket. i did this but verry short time,
or drive and when it fails open the tank .

about the pickups, i have changed them on an other honda bike once , it did not solve the problem then, the bike did run , failed also at the highway and recovered when standing some time.
i changed the pickups, it was not fixed. in the end it was a unvisible cloged filter, verry fine dust inside.
the pickups mostly work or dont work, maby some heat can damage them, but mine does fail after only a few miles and then sudden recovers after standing. idles perfect , reacts nice
i was thinking the cdi box, ? maby it does not like the stick coils? the coils i used are from a cbr1000rr

It was the cap ventilation !!!! i sucked the vacuumline , fuel run out Quick but gradualy started to run slower and slower. i opend up the keylid that covers the keyhole i could hear hissing sound and fuel started to run faster again. So it is a fuel pressure and delivery problem . I Just dont know wat is wrong inside the cap and how to restore this. I could remove the rubber seal avond the keyhole , but that supposed to be there.

Not sure where, but you should have a breather hole under your cap connected to a tube that looks like it is blocked, that allows excess fuel to vent and the tank to breath and hence not get vacuum locked as yours is doing.

or

may be parts of the pet-**** or related to the vacuum tube on this diag:

Usually the breather ports are on the underside of the tank. The tube runs inside the tank to the top where the fuel vapor lives. I think that it got clogged when you coated it. You should be able to run a wire into the vent to clean it out.
