any good?.or any idea where id get the ness bits from to build my own,tried googling but dont have my search words right i think.

Sounds pretty illegal. But if you really wanted to do it, just find something you could rig up to do it. Wouldnt be that hard, just find some sort of revolving solenoid or even a model servo, just something that rotates 180 degrees. Could be the motor from a childs toy. Fab some sort of a bracket, and it shouldnt be that hard after that. I wouldnt pay someone else to do it.

lol,tried ALL those terms u used and nuffink,not a sausage.heh.
there must be somewhere that sell 180 degree movement motors,looks like a trip to a toy shop then,lol.

Why would you need a 180degree motor?

Just use something like a Central door locking mechanism to push a hinged number plate up.
