So it seems the instrument panel may interchange between the 92 CBR1000F and ST1100.

I know for former bikes (Honda Custom 750/900) a fair number of parts which interchange with other models but not for the CB1K.

The thing is if you are looking for parts, it helps a lot to know if it was used on other models.

I put a note in "Site Suggestions" on the front page. Any thoughts about that?

 

If you're looking for parts interchangability, then Honda is the best place. Here is a web site that has the Honda Fiche online. If you take time to learn how it works, you can bring up a part number, then find out what other models and years it fits on. It's a great resource to have in your bag of tricks.

And whats even more fun with that site is going through the history files and seeing where everyone has been looking on the past 3 weeks. Sometimes you get the wierd porno sites that make you go 'huh?'

 

My friend has a St1000 and we think that the headlight, instruments and gages are the same. There may be other parts as well that are interchangeable.
