How long did it take you to change your CCT ? Been thinking of doing it as well. Got 31K on mine now. Rattles like crazy.
It took me around 5 hours, but I did do it the "haynes" way which resulted in more pieces coming off than needed!

I found that only the inlet cam needed to be removed, and to get it back on leave the tensioner slack on it's bolts and tighten it up after the cam is refitted. This worked for me, but make sure everything is correct, I would hate for you damage anything on my say so!

Here is a picture, you can see it in the middle, note the haynes way of removing the cam sprokets as well!
