I tried the ST and it feels a lot like the CBR, roadholding and all but the triple is incredible but not as primed as the Cbr1000f engine.

By the way my friend whom tried the 1000f wa surprised , here is quote, it does not feel like a 20 years oold motorcycle.

Seriously, though... I like it, too. I'm also wondering about the price. I bet it's up there.
Yeah, I bet the price is going to be up there too. Pretty soon it is going to be cheaper to buy a new Ducati compared to a new Honda!

I'd want a CBR1000f with a cam chain-tensioner that can be changed in under 10 mins

No offence , but some aspects of the VFR1200 styling look as though they're going all out for the US market and though it looks modern and there is some great design , it just doesn't blend together . Like the exhaust , it looks great , but it looks like they took it off another bike and slapped it on the VFR

Also if you stuck a BMW badge on there , I wouldn't have known any different

I'm not really fond of the looks of it, either, though. I like certain aspects, but I don't like the front end at all, really.
I like the rear, though, particularly the shaft drive and ss swingarm.

I quite like the end can , but it looks like they just swiped it off another bike and stuck it on there

Really, How cool would this be?

Quick change plastics so you can change the personality of your bike in about 10 minutes

Just like a cell phone. Think of the savings when you crash. Having aftermarket people (probably China) stamping them out like Skittles would make them a ton cheaper. You could get your bike just the way you want it mechanically, and then change the look like you rearrange furniture when you get a little bored. That would be sooooo cool.

The key would be having the manufacturer design the attachment points and mechanisms for quick changes. (Which they wouldn't want to do) But they could open up a whole new accessory line this way.

But then we would probably have a whole new type of theft problem. Damn.
