Default new guy here

I posted a thread in the noobie section, but basically I have a 90cbr 1000f. First object is getting it running, getting fuel, and turns over, just not getting spark.. once I get it running I really need to gather up at least the top faring with the headlight and blinker, as the bike came without farings, it did come with a seat, tank and rear tail faring. But the engine farings, some of the dash stuff and the sissy bar aren't there. So I will attempt to piece it together, even if I have to rock it naked for the time being. Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

Well, I believe we found the issue. Bike sat for 9 years without running. Carbs are gummed up, gonna dip them and clean them, its getting spark. Just not fuel. Hopefully cleaning the carbs solves the issue!

Put up a list of the bits you need and let's see what comes out of the woodwork. I have some gauges and other stuff, but we all have loads of bits "in the shed" for a rainy day......

Welcome to the asylum !

Hi,
Firstly welcome to the forum.
Not sure where you are but I have a pair of levers for a '93. If they fit yours we can sort something out.
Guys, anyone know if 93 levers will fit a 90?

Cheers and good luck

Rich

So. Motor is no good. I think I'm going to give up on this project. The spare bike is an 88 1000f I wonder if it will swap in no issues?anyone have any insight on this?
The compression test results were 120-30-0-60.
