Put a piece of closed cell foam under the carpet to keep the cold down and you'll be good to go. Works like a charm.

The cold still comes up through your feet - living in Maine it probably doesn't really bother you that much though.............
Good luck with the new toy and we'll wait for pics

That's funny. I use egg crate foam and cardboard. lol... Seriously. It's easy on the knees and doesn't get cold.
But... I'm not a big puss like sprock.

Hey Steve-o - Mark was saying he bled the hydraulics on the lift - maybe the up and down motion wasn't doing good things for the participants......ya know, herky jerky, stop start etc etc ROFL - gawd the imagery is too much.....imagine falling off on the cold garage floor..............EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKK !!!!!

Reminds me of that song "he's a smooth operator" hehe

Just a thought, you can park the bike on the lift and have someone run it up and down while you are on it. It would be like one of those horsey rides outside K-Mart, the ones you put a quarter in. Well, it's just a thought.
