Thanks for the help guys!! I bet you guys are right, that the tick mark pieces are installed facing inwards. Will try to correct that, then double check with the measurement.

Neat tool by the way!

That's the exact tool I was talking about. I've had it so long I can't remember where I got it.

i repoed an r6 one time the back tire was out of line so bad it was like riding on a log i had to smoke it almost off to true it up some

( what i always say if you don't know how to work on a motorcycle stay away from it with tools )
