OK the sea foam had a chance to try and work its magic
in my carbs for 12-14hrs took my 90- 100 mile ride today
hoping it would make a difference but no luck same jerking/hesitation
is there. I am going to in the near future check the carburetor sync
and go from there and put some new plugs in other than the jerkiness
this runs great and like a raped ape Thanks for all your Help.

Yeah sounds like the transition from the idle pilot jets to the main jets
Ya might still have to pull them and clean the pilot jets and air screws

OK I pulled carbs off yesterday and found that they were clean am leaning toward what TimbucTwo said and am going with the fact that it is the stage 2 jet kit and or pipe I did put some new plugs in and found #3 plug wire had some rust on the outside of the boot. had a real hard time getting plug out but after spraying some sea foam and liquid wrench in it and letting it soak and with some praying it came out. I checked the Antifreeze and it was down a little.
So I'm taken it I have a bit of a head gasket issue with that cylinder and body else have that problem????

Was wondering if I took my carburetor slides out and sanded them down with some 400 grit a little bit if it would help with the hesitation the clip for the stage 2 kit is all the way down at bottom.
would sanding them down help to get more gas flow help?

noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Carbs and sandpaper DON'T GO WELL TOGETHER.
I'm thinking your idle jets are still blocked and/or the spray jets need attention but NOT with sandpaper !!!
If you're running a stage 2 jet set, maybe turn the air correction jets out half a turn and see if that helps - you may be overfuelling with the bigger jets.
These bikes run rich straight from the factory and just changing the pipe doesn't mean that you HAVE to change the jets. I have a freeflow system on my bike and only run a stage 1 kit, and even that is rich at low revs and speeds.

jafo,
I have the same bike and setup. Try putting the needle clips in the middle position. You might be too rich on the transition for pilots to mains.
