I'm new and need some help if you can ?
Do you know what year your motor is from and if the carbies are the ones from that motor originally? If you don't find out these two things you might end up chasing your tail...just a thought.
Btw...I ended up ditching the springs that came with my kit because they were too light. This meant there was a huge flat spot when i cracked the throttle open. With the standard springs, and after much fiddling, it runs great nowdays though.
Just wondering what the difference is between a 1990 and 1996 dynojet kit for a cbr1000f as that has been suggested.
The 87-91 are the same kit and the 93-95 are the same kit. I know the earlier models have different carbs....they usually have metal tops.
According to dynojet, it looks like they're totally different kits. Different size mains, different needles, etc. I would find out which carbs you have for sure.
