You are looking for the head gasket (between the head and the cylinders) and the lower gasket (between the block and the cylinders) part numbers?

If you go here, you can look up those items yourself. Just click on the year, then model.

www.mrcycles.com has drawings and part numbers - just fill in the make, model and year of bike you want.

Welcome Ejad,

Welcome to this forum. People here are always friendly and very helpful.
Congratulations.. I think you must be the first Malaysian we have here! Place "Number 1" on you number plate!
Please keep us informed of how the repair to your motorcycle progresses.

Ejad - here is an idea if you have problems with parts in the future.
I understand the very high price for parts for this big-bore bike in Malaysia.
Melbourne, Australia has many parts shops (new and used) for this bike.
Melbourne has many Malaysians visiting (especially students).
Find some one to bring the parts back for you.

Just a thought.....

This is also a great help ... WORKSHOP MANUAL - http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~cbr...ice_Manual.pdf

Madkawa was from Malasia, Kuala Lumpur I think. His 1000F was the exact model as ejad's. It even won Ride of the Month back in 2007 sometime. Not that this takes away anything from ejad, I'm glad he's here. Maybe a PM to Madkawa and he might be able to assist him if needed.
