How i can adjust headlight height honda CBR1000F 1996 ? There is two wing nut but turn it left or right to increase up?

 

Check out the "Workshop Manuals" section. You can download a shop manual there with instructions on headlight aiming (under Maintenance) and virtually everything else you might want to do.

 

Manuals say anything adjust, only bulbs change...

It is page 3-14 for the adjustment details you are after.
People are here to help but sometimes you need to take advice and then do some work yourself.....
