Hi grwilson6

I'm using a Motad Nexxus system on my 1987 CBR1000FH, and it's lovely. It's exceptionally quiet which I personally really like, but not to everyone's taste. The Motad systems are made in the UK, and I don't know if they get exported to the US, but check out http://www.motad.co.uk/ for more details. Over here a full stainless system costs around GBP500 (I guess about USD850?) and doesn't require any re-jetting.

Oh, and headers and silencers are available separately. The headers will fit the standard silencers and vice versa.

I think the only 2 full systems you can find now, not slip ons out there are D&D and Vance & Hines.
I had a Yoshimura and recently went with V & H, very mellow sound and less loud.

90-96 CBR1000F 4:2:1 EXHAUST 16-1509-03 $369.95

I'm not sure if that will work on a 87. Two brothers has one as well I think.
