The forks in the video are upside down forks but the principles are the same . They do show how easy this job really is and nothing to be scared of .

yea fork seals are realy simple i did them on my old katana 1100 in bout an hour and a half the hardest part was getting it to stay on the back wheel while on the center stand but a simple floor jack did the trick there
