Default Got bumped on first "touring" run :(

while taking my new toy out on its maiden voyage to Mt. Horeb, i was hit by some jackass and went down... the result front left caliper done for, front left rotor bent, pretty sure right side is fine, handle bars bent... or forks.. couldnt really tell, right foot peg broken off, windsheild shattered, right fairing destroyed, brake peddle bent, exhaust has large groove in it. sadness has set in because i really began to enjoy this bike and im having a hard time finding parts now and contemplating sale[&o].... but from what i can tell everything else is just dandy... it starts, runs strong, doesnt leak anything but brake fluid now when depressing lever, it shifts, it drives but the bent rotor rubs on the fork....

This is horrible news. I'm sorry for your loss. I don't know what I would do if something like that happened to my baby.

Bad luck. Plenty of spares available for your bike. Publish a list and let's see what we can help you find....

Justa patch of bad lucky on your first run , best thing to do is dust yourself down, straighten your bike out and get straight back on again , hope you get it all sorted out soon , ive had my first off not that long ago, and it makes you feel gutted seeing the bike scuffed up and bent (diesel and rain dont mix on a bend)but its a great feeling getting back on and out there after it ..

Ill work on getting a complete list for it after work tomorrow, havent hada chance to really look at it yet. started taking off the damaged plastics and when i got to takin off the wheel i was just still to stiff and sore from the hit. road rash sucks a** and so does rolling end over end on your noggin. the bike is a 95 though, my name is 88 just cuz i was in the process of getting an 88 and got a little ahead of myself and ended up not being able to get the 88 and found a good deal on a 95 and i didnt know how to change my name so thats how that goes lol.
