Default Gear difficulties

Hi everyone,
When I put my first gear on my 1000fh it rattles like hell but no problems changing other gears. Also there is no problems in changing or cluth problems. Any idea of the cure or the problem?

Sounds as though you are going to have to split the crank cases tocheck the cogs. But first off, take the sump case off and remove the oil pump. This will allow you to view the cogs and the shift drum. Give them a spin and see if any damage can be seen. Send some pics if pos.

Thank you I will do so and let you know. By the way. Those motor bikes have two throttle cables. I tried to locate both to purchase. I cannot find the name for the second so I can ask for it. Any idea?
