Default RE: fuel pump

you need a manual, it's in there.

Anyways, I have a fuel pump question too... My bike seems to run better when I have a full fuel tank. Are motorbike fuel pumps set up to take advantage of any driving head from a full tank or should they provide the same pressure and flow no matter how much fuel is in the tank.

When the tank is low and I accelerate hard, it seems to lag more than when it is full... which is the opposite to what I would expect from the 20kg difference in weight.

Should I be concerned about the condition of my fuel pump or is this all normal?

It's not because the bike is lighter when near empty, my bike feels just a little bit better (like it has a bit more go when low on juice).
I have a 94' without a fuel pump
