Check out the forums how-to for most of your answers. There are several excellent
ones on general directions. I'd also recommend springing for the manual . That will
hook you up to the specifics for your bike. There are also links there for on-line manuals.

Unless you seriously deviate from avg. weight or race on the track, stock fills/weight are fine.

I looked around and ended up at the local Honda dealer, for my seals. By the time I factored the 'tax vs shipping' debate, the cost was about the same.

My local guys and I have an understanding. On the one hand, I want to get the most bang-for-my-buck. The other hand is... I like to spend my money local. I like having instant gratification. I want this guy to survive and prosper.

So I hunt down the deals on-line, print them up take them in for him to look at.
Sometimes, he can beat/match, sometimes he can't. I don't quibble +/- a fiver, if
I can help him out. So we do a lot of counter-top negotiations and I rarely pay stock
price with these guys.
