Away at work so I wont be able to get her back on the road for a few days

 

So this afternoon I finally got the old girl back on the road.

Had to wait ages for the front springs to arrive, that's what has taken so long really.

While waiting I rebuilt the front and rear brakes with new stainless steel pistons and seals ect.

Took her out on the road and the suspension feels a lot firmer and she feels very 'planted' on the road. Roads were soaking wet so didn't really get a chance to test her anywhere near as fast as I'd have liked. Also it was just a quick test ride as she still has no MOT and needs road tax as well, so didn't want to run any risk of getting pulled by the police

Will update when we get some decent weather

 

Boy you been a busy B with that .....all back in one piece ......NICE

Can't wait to hear how she goes when it dries up a bit !
