Default Fender Elimination

I'm not planning on modding the hell out of my bike, but I do want to get rid of the big bulky black license plate holder and turn signals. Is there anyone on here that has done this? I'm sure its custom work, although not too difficult to do. Any tips or suggestions on materials to use would be appreciated and if you guys could tell me where to get some after market turn signals that match the bike nicely that would be cool.

I bought it this way, so don't ask for specifics.

I just trimed down the standard fender - then attached a couple of carbon fibre plates.

The indicators are MOTRAX ones - they do various designs.

I cut off what was there and relocated the light up under.

Gonna see what I can do to clean up the look tomorrow! Probably get some new signals later on.
