If it had two seats in tandem, I'd be able to take the whole family out

Weird though, anyone ever ridden a side-car set up?

Sprock. I think the fear when going around any corner would keep you wide awake..I'd have gone for a brown seat . Interesting front end mods though. Must have custom triple clamps to allow the fork legs that wide. I wonder how much the thing leans. Do you think the fairing damage is the reason the side car was put on or was caused by the thing? If there was a medical reason that I couldn't ride a bike maybe, just maybe I'd have one. Other than that I'll just take the car I think.

Dave,
Side car rigs don't lean, well at least most don't. They kind of slide around corners. There used to be side car racing here in the US. I think they went away about 35 years ago. Then we had Harley racing, (yaahnn).

Actually last year I found and posted up a similar setup from the same site .......
Seems these are a Euro - Side Car kit of sorts - cuz the forks / front end , side car
and custom fairings were identical in both cases .....so they are not "one offs"

yeah bit for sure ...... I'd say they "drift" around corners at speed

I think I might have bought a little convertible with a manual gearbox instead. You could always remove the windshield.

The sidecar looks like half of a ford escort.
Ruined a perfectly good bike and car...lol...
