Default Faulty neutral light?

Hi i'm new to the forums...i just picked up a 1993 CBR 1000f and wanted to know if it is normal for the neutral light to come on every time i engage the clutch. Any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks.

My issue was finding the tiny thing, it just looks like a blank socket plug and is wrapped with tape in the harness. I had purchased a spare harness off ebay and found it on there then on my bike, problem solved. Thanks for the help with mine in the past.
