Just stumbled onto another thread on this forum and noticed this one. My '90 CBR 1000's exhaust rotted through a couple of years ago and I now have a popular UK replacement, Motad's Nexxus exhausts. The downpipes are full stainless steel and the silencers (all available separately) are chrome plated. I have a vance and hines coming in the mail as we speak. I've been a fabricator for years so I plan on welding my own pipes off the factory manifold. I will tell you all how it turns out.

 

keep in mind that LOUD is not neccessarily bad. The more folks in their cars can notice you the better off that you are. I may look like a cheap ***** on a saturday night with all of my colorful gear and LOUD bike but I don't believe in taking any chances.

where are you guy finding all of these exhaust systems, the only thing i keep finding is a vance and hine but i dont want to spend 400 on a system
