Did I break it?

There's not much question that the swingarm (or maybe something else) is out of true. The right side is 11mm higher than the left (on the centre stand). but I agree that taking a heavy bar and bending the frame is my last resort.
I think Shadow is on the right track with a collapsed bearing/bush in the swingarm mount. It's old and has had new wheel bearings front and rear, rear sprocket bearing and steering head bearings so I have my suspicions...
New rear brake pads go on on my next weekend off work, so I will take the swingarm out and have a look at the mounts and check that it is not twisted. Fingers crossed some replacement bearings will straighten it up again.
Thanks for the comments fellas. I appreciate all the support.

I'll try to work out how to post some photos of the swingarm and the bigger front tyre since it's drawn so much comment. If there are pic posting instructions somewhere I'd appreciate a pointer since I'm new to this. But if I can add some information that someone else can benefit from then I'm all for sharing the love!

Here is the oversized front tyre
Guard I made to fit over the bigger rolling diameter
Nifty turntable so I can ride in and ride out again
But the bad news is that the swingarm has a twist in it. Have a look at the angle of theback tyre. I guess I'm in the market for a replacement unless I can get somebody to straighten it out.
Also check the distance from the ground to the bottom of the swingarm on either side. No good. I've always preferred lefts...

The original fender sat too close the bigger tyre and after a 2km testride the friction had started to make the plastic between the forks blister. It would have failed completely within 10km. So I used some expanding foam to build up the profile and some body filler to seal and smooth it off. Then I made a massive mess with some fibreglass resin that ate through the plastic cups I had measured it into. Then I got some more resin and made a fibreglass mold of the original fender with the raised profile. Then I made this fender from the mold. It worked out OK but is definately very amateurish.
