Default Cluster upgrade

I have a 93 1000f and was wondering if there's anyway the get a lcd cluster on it

Sure, I use cheap Chinese clocks all the time. Installing one on my VFR soon:

Trick to doing these is pro-level wiring. Every wire tied/crimped, soldered, heat-shrink wrapped. No twisting of wires with electrical tape!

Keep in mind that the CBR1000F uses a mechanical cable driven speedometer. This means you have to figure out where a pickup is going to be mounted. Then there is how to mount it up in the cluster area.

These come with electronic speedo pickup. I usually glue magnet to brake-rotor or replace one of rotor bolts with magnet bolt. Then attach pickup to fork-tube so it's 1-2mm away from magnet when it spins by.

Then measure front-wheel circumference with rollout with actual rider weight on bike. Entre setting into box and speed is spot-on!
