At last,i went & picked up the master mould,from the Fiberglass shop.
Now i can make a few more of these bunnies

Looks really good, but I think the postage would kill it for us lot on this side of the puddle
Darn shame as it makes the bike look so good

Sawnee mate,it dont weigh that much & would probably be cheaper than sending a pair of Doc Martens........

Perfect fit,perfect the best fit yet!But the colour

It does kind of grow on you......but a little too lighter shade of what i was after.

Hey Rob - how do you get the top so smooth.?
Do you mould it in two stages, bottom and then top to get the finish ?

I'd fancy having a go myself...
The basic moulding off the seat isn't the problem, it's the final smooth top !

Hey Pete.

Its basically 2 layers with a 3rd layer just in the square section.Its something i wish i hadnt statred to be honest mate.Paint & body filla make em look good,but im used to Injection moulding things that are spot on in Quality.

Takes a lot of hours sanding to a good finish,trust me!I may even give the whole lot to the Fibreglass shop,get them to make half a dozen for me from my master mould.

*The Blue one would realy suit "Bordos" 1000F.............?
