Default Carb Slide/Piston,Vacuum Where to buy?

Hey guys - I've got a tear in my carb slide gasket thing - also known as the Piston,Vacuum in the carb. schematic (#19). Any tips on where I should purchase a new one from? I found a great website http://www.servicehonda.com - has every schematic for every honda ever made - all part numbers right there, too!

So far, it's the cheapest with the single part going for $92.09 + shipping. Sound high to you? Have another resource for getting this part? Any of you have a "spare" laying around? Please let me know. Thanks!

How big a tear? I would try a little dab of Goop or some other flexible silicone-sealent on it first.

I repaired one with a Tyre Puncture kit once.

How did I know? At about 5k rpm, there's a flutter/vibration you can feel in the engine - in any gear, at 5k. Not that familiar with the bike, I thought, well maybe that's just the nature of the bike... Had mechanic/bf tear into carbs to see what was going on and to shim the needles while he was in there, and turns out there's about 1/8" hole in the bladder part of the slide.

He said seeing as how it's such a chore to tear into bike to get at it, might as well fix it with new part - as any sort of patch will only last a short while. So looking for the new part... trying to find OEM thread...

New oem parts are all about the same as Ron Ayers, unless you order from a dealer which would be higher. Try online salvage yards or ebay for used maybe?
