Well i was on Yamaha test day today and one good thing came out that points out how good canes actually are and were
After riding 2009 R1 for a while ( which was insanely great btw ) i sat on mt-03 and could not get the point. When turning gas nothing happens and the rev limiter kicks in ... soon was time to stop before crossing, and the most amazing was trying to brake - and nothing happens
After that i tried my cane and the brakes where a lot better. I don't know if the test bikes brakes where something wrong or something but they just did not brake
Yes they where a lot more precise than my cane's but a lot more weak and that bike doesn't even weight anything.
So to conclude those canes must have been a real technological monsters 20 years ago if still today they can blow away new bikes

Well of course i am not talking about R1 brakes those where something absolutely different
