Not yet one thing at a time. I really think that my cam chain tensioner is not right. But, it is hard to tell since I have never seen another one.

Your ASAP is putting me to sleep (just kidding). I still think, based on the first video, that the sump needs to be opened and the rod caps removed to inspect the rod bearings. I believe you can gain access to them through the sump. Like a stated before, I am going by what I can hear in the video.
