Right - he'd be the "one" out of every six

Plan on giving one a whirl on the Hurricane(s) to see how they perform.
It's the same camera just more expensive - mine had a 4x zoom lens and other features too. Identical from what I can see................

Let us know Sprock................

I took my still camera ( Olympus ) for a run yesterday morning on the 1000F. It worked fine. There was a little vibration in the footage bit it's certainly good enough to see what's going on. I'll play with it using some software and see if it fixes it up. For my trip this week though I'll be taking it and getting as much footage as I can. I put a 16GB SD card in it which is good for 2.5 hours of footage which will be more than enough.

It's certainly not a purpose built bike camera but it will provide some footage for me to edit and play around with when I get back.

I did what you did Bordo - my cameras a bit heavy but so far the "sucker" hasn't moved
Your camera should have an "anti-shake setting" - I know my Samsung does. Have a gander at the instructions and there may be something there (I only found mine after looking at the manual)
I ran a 5Mp camera attached to my helmet this morning for 15 minutes - results weren't bad at all. I may play with it and fit a battery from a cellphone too it so it'll run for as long as the memory lasts - stay tuned on that. Should get at least 6 hours.........
I'll try to put the vid I took on youtube - more later

I have been in touch with my supplier in China - it was going to cost me $15 to send the camera back, so he offered to pay me the $15 instead - I was pleasantly surprised, so I've suggested he doesn't do that - I'll pay in another $11 and get another camera.
Looks like we'll both be happy. Hopefully the next one will last a bit longer.........
His 100% record on e-Bay is safe.............

Stay tuned.......
