When you have magical come -n -go electrical issues start looking at all connectors in the system. The elements may have got to the pin contacts and it's the first place hot spots are going to show up. Clean and tight is the way you want it!

Yea with my back hurting the way it has been, I will have to take my time to get to the bike. Found out today that I have discs bulging on like 4 of my vertebre!
Good thing the weather is still crappy! LOL I will hopefully get this squared away by the weekend. Thanks again everyone.

Well, I think I figured out where the ghost is in the wireing. I think it is the Clutch safety switch. I am pretty sure it is malfunctioning, since today it would not crank, so I squezed the clutch real hard and then it started to crank. so I either need to figure out why its Effing up or bypass it. Also go the new rubber on the bike(Shinko 009's) and spun around the neighbor hood for a bit.

Disconnect the clutch switch.......
Check your sidestand switch - they give trouble too sometimes, as does the kill switch.(ask me how I know)

I did find out that the bike does not like to start, well won't start with the side stand down. So maybe that is the culpret of alot of my frustration. Thansk for the tips! And with all the work I have done to her over the weekend has helped alot she is running like a champ now!. All thats left is to get the holes in the exhaust repaired and I should be good to go for the summer.

One is on the collector, and another on one of the headers where it goes from 2-1 at the bottom of the bike(might need to plate the hole). The one on the collector looks like it should of had a part/clamp there or somthing.

But I have a buddy that is a great welder, and said he should have no problem helping with the holes.
