Don't forget that you will need to start chain maintenance on the CBR.
Use chain wax to lower maintenance. It stays on better in the rain and does not make as much of a mess.

I agree with Paul , but all the above are easy to do yourself , so if you factor in the cost of parts alongside the purchase price you'll end up with a great bike , that you know is good!
I bought mine with 32K and I'm slowly sorting all these bits , with the exception of chain and sprockets , which I know are good , but the supposed 'carefull owner', neglected a lot of stuff
