Eek I won't be drilling holes in the standard exhausts =O keeping them for if i ever sell, or for MOT's if the loud ones aren't totally legal XD

 

Keep in mind that, what was mentioned before was 1000 parts fit the 750. The 1000 pushes more volume and fills the cans more than a 750 displacement. Anything you put on it may be slightly louder than it would be on a 1000. Any can that is loud on the 1000 may be slightly louder on your bike.

I mention this because a V&H can may be to loud on the 750.

What is the dia. of your exhaust pipe at the end of the can now. I bet it is more restrictive than on the 1000.

If he is running lean now, it will get worse if you open up the exhaust w/o re-jetting.
