Looking for a complete running engine or top end (pistons, cylinders and head) for my '87 Hurricane 1000. Have looked at the surrounding wreckers (pretty much allof ontario) and there is hardly anything out there and what is available is not at a resonable price. I'm trying to locate an engine for a resonable price (under $1000) ot a top end for under $500.

 

was one on ebay for around 499.00 us plus shipping not sure if it has ended though.

 

It's still there butthe engine is stated as for a 95-98(I'm after an 87-88).The shipping is $225 + $500 for the engine, then I would have to pay duty to bring it up and the cost of fuel to go to Buffallo. Might as well buy one locally.
