Default O-Rings!

I was looking for o-rings to replace the fuel joint o-rings for the carbs and came across this at AutoZone.

Dorman P/N: 799-450 172 Piece Metric O-Rings Pack

This kit has lots of different sizes of o-rings from 5mm up to 14mm for right around $9.00 USD.

Don't be lost without one! I'm glad I found this kit.

Only thing you have to watch out for is their compatibility with gasoline. Butyl rubber o-rings aren't very good with gas. (It's funny, though, because I've seen some butyls that seem to last much longer than others....)

Anyway, nitrile (buna) and "viton" are usually the way to go in fuel applications. (which is why I mentioned the AC repair kit o-rings)

The ones you have may be nitrile... but many aren't unless they say so.

Here's a chart of compatibility. (just for reference)
