Yeah Andy they are nice and clear , shake no more than stock if you ask me man !

They hold steady in normal good road conditions not like some that have constant
vibes no matter what surface.

The mounts are solid the 1990 mounts had to be widened a 1/4 mm on each end with
a dremel grinding stone, the 1993 bolted straight up ....what year is your Hurricane again ?

Anyway I'll throw up a few pics later today so

EDIT : a few attached ... one or two are a bit fuzzy .... damned phone cam !

expect ya .....never know maybe he'll give ya some kinda discount like

Hey Sprock, Thanks for the pics, Have to admit they don't look half bad. My ole gear grinder is an 88 (no cam chain hence the nick name) but has the same fairings as the first series thou's. Looking at the mounting positions I have two sizes to use either 72mm or 60mm centres. Looking at pics on the link to flea bay I will need to make up custom mounting plates, I will also fit reversed bolts to provide a nice flat plate with no mounting bolts exposed.

I'm in the middle of a front end rebuild at the mo spending more $ than I planned sorting pitted forks, brakes, calipers, head stock and making a new front guard out of another old one to get rid of the huge 'whale sail' gaurd the bike came out with.

My next project after this is a bit of a rebuild of the right main fairing section as i took a tumble earlier this year badly damaging and cracking this section amoungst other things, everything else has all been repaired or replaced.

At this time I will also need to replace the badly sun crazed screen, remove the speedo limiter, replace the mirrors coz they're those horrid mickey mouse earred MK1 thou variants that ya can't see much behind with, hence the interest in what you have purchased.

Finish off a head lamp & wiring upgrade to remove the lighting load from the switches.

All easy stuff, just time consuming. Thanks for the info & the pic's Sprock. I intend on getting a set of these mirrors when the fairing rebuild starts.

Cheers Andy

PS that black bike looks like a real 'minter' from the pic's, nice

Thanks and yo are welcome Andy.

The black one actually has a few cracks and scrapes on the left ...seems it
rolled off the side stand at some point in it's history ..... but nicely covered up now tho'
