Default streching out my cbr 900rr

So I want to strech out my cbr900rr but I was wondering if it changes the performance of the bike any. I like the look of a streched out bike but I dont know if I would like the performance of it. If you guys have any info on this please let me know what you think.

Thanks

+1

it will make it slower to turn in etc n if you lower it along with stretching it it will be far worse. Only positive it will add is will be stabler at high speeds.

i wondered about this alot before i stretched mine too,but i'm a taller guy and it helped me actually before i felt like the wheel base was too close for me and coming into curves it didn't feel like it wanted to lean. alot of guys will disagree with that but i'm 6"5" ,i ride the bike and i'm just telling ya about my experience with it

its all mental on your part. Its a fact shorter the wheelbase the quicker anything will turn.

You suspension was prolly way off for your weight and the longer swingarm softened it up. You prolly could go back with a stock arm n have the suspension setup for you n it have the same affect except better

drag bikes have long swings.
it's because they go one direction.
