Default Rizoma Zero-11 question

i hope someone can shed some light on this issue for me.
i need new turn signals for my f4i and i am interested in
the rizoma zero-11 ones.
the thing is though, that here in europe, turn signals need
an "E" number to be street legal. now i can buy them here
at 50$ a piece or order them from PJ at 30$.

can anyone tell me if the ones PJ sells have an "E" number as well?
i'd like to think rizoma zero-11's are the same everywhere but who knows.
would really appreciate some input on this matter, thanks!

Where is this E number displayed on other street legal signals? Is it in some obscure location that a cop would have to lay on his back with a magnifying glass to read if they stopped you to check to see if your lights were in compliance?

thanks for the reply!
the number is on the glass of the indicator.
heres an example:

there's a circle in which there's an "E11". the 11 is the country code for the UK.
1 is germany, 3 is italy, 43 is japan etc.
