plates to cover the grab rail holes on a f4i (04')?

i want to remove the rear passenger grab rail from my 04' f4i,
is there any kind of kit to cover the holes?

Not aware of a kit but have seen the use of rubber grommets &/or plastic plugs that are available from home improvement stores & automotive centers (like Pepboys).
