Default carbon fiber bike

i was at the dealer today and i was waiting for my bike to get its front tire on... so i started talking to two of the sales people there, they said they could get me all the fairings on the bike in carbon fiber for $1500 i dont know what a good rate is for that, to me it sounds good, but i dont want to be way off.. what have you guys seen them go for? this includes all of the colors you can get them in, the gold weave, silver weave, etc. etc.

Thats a pretty good price IMO; I have been pricing it out, and it would be around $2200 elsewhere, and that's for the both fairing lowers, the tail section w/cowl, the front & rear fenders, and the chain guard

i think the standard cf will look great on my silver 1krr, and i will still retain about half of the bikes standard plastic (tank cover & upper fairing); just trying to find a more reliable source than OPP Racing, heard horror stories about them and backorders.

there is a guy from my old import tuner days that makes c/f trim pieces for cages. he might be able to get you a better price. he can do colored c/f as well. give him a shout and see what he can do for you.

send him an email about it. his name is craig. tell him dave (with the 02 elantra GT from elantraxd.com) sent you. ive seen his work first hand. top quality work.
