Hi every one , I have 96 900RR that I put together . I have Yoshi RS-3 for a can & K&M filter & a box with some assortment off jets varying from 115k to 128k . the bike was running line & hesitation on take off so I went up with the jet up to 128k , That solved the hesitation problem but I have a delay roll off 4 to 6 secs thin the bike takes off like no tomorrow & I'm still line , Im back firing when ever I'm slowing down . The needles are set at the max setting ,Any Input , Idea how to fix it without having to spend a lot off $$$ to get it right ? Thank U

 

A good baseline setup is 3 turns out on fuel screws, needles on 3rd clip position from top and 122 mains. That should be a good start.
