I am not - the 05/06 600RR tails fit without major modifications.
It's on your own taste at the end of the day- some have said it looks even better if you bend your sub-frame slightly. Not something I'm willing to do as I believe it'll compromise the strength if not done properly. I'm too paranoid to touch it.

For the side tank fairings I may mold something myself if I cant "merge" it to the F3 sides.

I would like to know what kind of parts that you used.

ABS (plastic) PC31 fairing with ABS R1 fairing

or

ABS (plastic) PC31 fairing with polyester race R1 fairing ?

I would like to do the same. I like your conversion!!!
